Seattle B&Bs get very busy, especially in summer. We advise you to book
as far ahead as possible to get what you want.
The Corner House rates include queen bed, private bath, breakfast, and tax - because we don't think 9-to-14% surcharge is a nice surprise. Off-street parking and wireless Internet are complimentary.
$70/night one person (East or West Room)
$85/night two people (East or West Room)
We can accommodate a third person in the West Room only, on a folding foam mattress on the floor. $5 child under 12; $10 over age 12.

Two-night minimum required.
When we are away, our niece and nephew operate The Corner House as a “B” – bed only. We will advise you if you are booking at those times; the rates are reduced accordingly.
We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Sorry, no American Express and no checks.
Only four
discounts, and they cannot be combined. Choose your best deal:
1. Neighbor’s – 10%. Are you, or are you visiting, someone who lives on Capitol Hill? Ask for this. The neighbor's name, address and phone number are required.
2. 7+ nights – 10%. (If you rent both rooms, you may have this discount for 4+ nights.)
3. 14+ nights – 20%.
4. 28+ nights – 30%.
